How do I open an account?
Complete the sign-up form with your name, country and phone number, confirm your email, then upload an ID document to verify the account. Most applications are reviewed the same day.
Which documents are required for verification?
A valid government photo ID (passport, national ID or driving licence) and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last six months.
What is the minimum deposit?
The Standard and Islamic accounts start at $100. The Pro account starts at $1,000 and the ECN account at $5,000.
How long do withdrawals take?
Requests are processed on business days, usually within 24 hours. The time to reach you afterwards depends on your payment provider.
Do you offer a swap-free Islamic account?
Yes. The Islamic account carries no overnight interest and can be requested during sign-up or later from the client portal.
Is there a demo account?
Yes. A demo account gives you virtual funds and live market prices so you can practise without risking real capital.
